As you would expect in our line of work privacy is very important to us. Your personal details will not be given to anyone except with your consent. By attending a Perth Speed Date event you are giving permission to Perth Speed Date to forward on your details (such as first name, email address and contact phone number) to any participant you ‘match’ with.

Apart from this, your personal details will remain secure and confidential in our database. We may use it to contact you with information regarding future events. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please let us know and we will remove you from our send outs.

We will not sell or provide your contact information to any other organisations who may be interested in making unsolicited contacts.

Disclaimer

Perth Speed Date reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who does not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, or who has not followed the guidelines given for conducting events. In these circumstances NO refund will be given. To participate in an Perth Speed Dating event you must be 18 years or older. We have the right to ask for proof of age identification.

Perth Speed Date cannot be held responsible for the actions of any person that you may meet through an Perth Speed Date event. Perth Speed Date takes no responsibility for the actions of participants at or after an Perth Speed Date event. You agree not to initiate any claim against Perth Speed Date resulting from either social or dating activities and agree to hold Perth Speed Date free from any liability.

Perth Speed Date reserves the right to use any photos taken at any of our events for advertising or promotional purposes. If you do not wish for this to happen please notify us and we will respect your decision.

Refunds

Planning a Perth Speed Dating Event takes considerable time and organising correct. If you cannot make it PLEASE PLEASE let us know out of courtesy to all the other guests attending

Refunds may be given if we are notified at least seven days prior an event. A $5 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.

All attendees MUST confirm their attendance by 7:00pm the day before an event. We email, SMS and phone you. If you do not have the courtesy to get back to us in time, your ticket will be forfeited.
